Spicy Chickpea Tuna Salad with Dill and Paprika
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a good processor.
Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
