Cluster Beans Dal Fry

Ingredients

  • 250 grams cluster beans
  • Hand ful of Coconut

Preparation

  1. Cup - 50grams of moong dal soak in water for 30 mins

  2. Blend moong dal and Coconut into corase paste

  3. Heat a skillet add in some oil splutter in cumin and mustard seeds

  4. And then add Onions/ green chillies saute for a while then add in chopped cluster beans cover and cook for 10 mins

  5. And then add the Corase paste of moong dal along with chilli powder and salt cook for another 5-10 mins

  6. Once every thing is cooked well that's all it's ready
