Easy Vegan Collard Sandwich Wraps
Ingredients
- Yves Veggie Slices
- Cucumber
- Chopped Broccoli Slaw
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salad dressing, Veganaise, or mustard (optional)
Preparation
Wash collard green leaves and remove tough stems to make them pliable
Prepare fillings by slicing cucumber and other ingredients as needed
Lay a collard green leaf flat, add Yves Veggie Slices, cucumber, chopped broccoli slaw, salt and pepper, and dressing of choice
Roll up the leaf tightly to form a wrap and serve immediately
