Easy Vegan Collard Sandwich Wraps

Ingredients

  • Yves Veggie Slices
  • Cucumber
  • Chopped Broccoli Slaw
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad dressing, Veganaise, or mustard (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash collard green leaves and remove tough stems to make them pliable

  2. Prepare fillings by slicing cucumber and other ingredients as needed

  3. Lay a collard green leaf flat, add Yves Veggie Slices, cucumber, chopped broccoli slaw, salt and pepper, and dressing of choice

  4. Roll up the leaf tightly to form a wrap and serve immediately
