Cranberry Almond Spinach Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 450 gm baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced almond, toasted
- 1 cup dried cranberry
Dressing
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar (I used coconut sugar)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds (optional)
Preparation
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
