“Eggy” Chickpea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1/2 stalk of celery, halved lengthwise and then thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch of each sea salt (to taste) & ground pepper
- 5 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 pinch of Kala Namak/black salt (I usually use 1/4-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy;)
