Kale Lentil Farro & Fig Warm Power Bowl
Ingredients
- avocado oil
- lentils
- 1/3 cup of farro
- curry
- garlic powder
- a dash of paprika and salt
- drizzle of tahini sauce
Preparation
In a pan, sauté kale in avocado oil, then add you’re already cooked lentils (I get the ready to eat pack from @traderjoes - so easy) and a 1/3 cup of farro (again, cook in advance and save for the week)
I add this all together on low/medium heat to warm it all up together and add in curry, garlic powder, a dash of paprika and salt
Serve with fresh figs on top, avocado and a drizzle of tahini sauce (1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp ACV, and 1-2 tbsp of coconut aminos)
