Kale Lentil Farro & Fig Warm Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • avocado oil
  • lentils
  • 1/3 cup of farro
  • curry
  • garlic powder
  • a dash of paprika and salt
  • drizzle of tahini sauce

Preparation

  1. In a pan, sauté kale in avocado oil, then add you’re already cooked lentils (I get the ready to eat pack from @traderjoes - so easy) and a 1/3 cup of farro (again, cook in advance and save for the week)

  2. I add this all together on low/medium heat to warm it all up together and add in curry, garlic powder, a dash of paprika and salt

  3. Serve with fresh figs on top, avocado and a drizzle of tahini sauce (1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp ACV, and 1-2 tbsp of coconut aminos)
