Pulled Beef Burrito

Ingredients

  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • hot chilli powder
  • cumin
  • the juice of one lime
  • @capsicana honey & chilli paste (PR sample from @degustabox_uk) and a tbsp of water
  • diced onions and diced beef

Preparation

  1. I browned off some diced onions and diced beef in my pressure cooker, one done I added garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, hot chilli powder, cumin, the juice of one lime, @capsicana honey & chilli paste (PR sample from @degustabox_uk) and a tbsp of water. I put this on the meat setting for 1 hour and 25 mins, until fully cooked

  2. I served this in 2 wraps (overlapped to form a larger wrap), with some grated cheese, rice (made in the pressure cooker with the leftover meat juices, with some salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot chilli powder, lime juice, half a tin of mixed taco beans with chilli sauce, half a tin of plum tomatoes), homemade guac and salad. I wrapped this up and toasted in a hot pan on all sides. Unreal
