Tasty Pulled Beef Burrito with Cheese and Rice

Ingredients

  • diced onions
  • diced beef
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • hot chili powder
  • cumin
  • juice of one lime
  • honey and chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 wraps
  • grated cheese
  • rice
  • half a tin of mixed taco beans with chili sauce
  • half a tin of plum tomatoes
  • homemade guacamole
  • salad

Preparation

  1. Brown diced onions and diced beef in a pressure cooker.

  2. Add garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, cumin, juice of one lime, honey and chili paste, and 1 tablespoon of water.

  3. Cook on the meat setting for 1 hour and 25 minutes until fully cooked.

  4. Make rice in the pressure cooker using leftover meat juices, adding salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, lime juice, half a tin of mixed taco beans with chili sauce, and half a tin of plum tomatoes.

  5. Serve the pulled beef in 2 overlapped wraps with grated cheese, the prepared rice, homemade guacamole, and salad.

  6. Wrap it up and toast in a hot pan on all sides.
