Tasty Pulled Beef Burrito with Cheese and Rice
Ingredients
- diced onions
- diced beef
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
- hot chili powder
- cumin
- juice of one lime
- honey and chili paste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 wraps
- grated cheese
- rice
- half a tin of mixed taco beans with chili sauce
- half a tin of plum tomatoes
- homemade guacamole
- salad
Preparation
Brown diced onions and diced beef in a pressure cooker.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, cumin, juice of one lime, honey and chili paste, and 1 tablespoon of water.
Cook on the meat setting for 1 hour and 25 minutes until fully cooked.
Make rice in the pressure cooker using leftover meat juices, adding salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, lime juice, half a tin of mixed taco beans with chili sauce, and half a tin of plum tomatoes.
Serve the pulled beef in 2 overlapped wraps with grated cheese, the prepared rice, homemade guacamole, and salad.
Wrap it up and toast in a hot pan on all sides.
