Vibrant Green Smoothie with Tropical Fruits and Superfoods

Ingredients

  • Bananas
  • Avocado
  • Few leaves of kale
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Pineapple pieces
  • Handful of mango pieces
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut water
  • Toasted granola
  • Super seeds and nuts

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in coconut water overnight.

  2. Combine bananas, avocado, kale, spinach, cucumber, pineapple pieces, mango pieces, flaxseed powder, almond powder, and spirulina in a blender.

  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.

  4. Add toasted granola and mix well for extra texture and flavor.

  5. Top with super seeds and nuts before serving.
