Smoothie

Ingredients

  • bananas
  • avocado few leaves of kale
  • spinach
  • cucumber
  • pineapple pieces
  • handful pieces of mango

Preparation

  1. Mixed bananas, avocado few leaves of kale, spinach, cucumber, pineapple pieces, handful pieces of mango ? 1tsp flaxseed powder, 1tsp almond powder, 1tsp spirulina ? Mixed Chiaseeds soaked over night in coconutwater ? While mixing I also added some toasted granola for extra nutrition and flavour ? Topped with my super seeds and nuts ?
