Vegan Cheesy Skillet Potato Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- 100grs of ada’s vegan mozzarella
- black pepper
- dried rosemary
Preparation
Cut the Boiled Potatoes into 3cm cubes and put them in the pan
Cut Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella into cubes and also put them in the pan
Add Black Pepper & Rosemary to taste
On medium heat, keep mixing for the Vegan Mozzarella to melt and combine with the Potatoes
Once Potato cubes and Vegan Mozzarella are combined, straighten the mixture in the pan and leave it for a while to crisp on the lower side (the more it crisps the better it’ll taste)
Once the lower side turns golden and crisp, flip it on a tray then transfer it back to the pan to give the other side the same color and crisp
Serve Hot
