Vegan No Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds
- Organic Chic Peas
- Organic Baby Carrots
- @followyourheart Vegenaise
- Yellow Mustard
- Organic Nori Sheet
- Celery Seeds
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Chop the baby carrots and nori sheet into small pieces if desired
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: sunflower seeds, chickpeas, chopped carrots, Vegenaise, yellow mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper
Mix thoroughly until well combined and the mixture resembles a salad consistency
