Vegan No Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • Organic Chic Peas
  • Organic Baby Carrots
  • @followyourheart Vegenaise
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Organic Nori Sheet
  • Celery Seeds
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the baby carrots and nori sheet into small pieces if desired

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: sunflower seeds, chickpeas, chopped carrots, Vegenaise, yellow mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper

  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined and the mixture resembles a salad consistency
