Easy Healthy Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 70 gm desiccated coconut
- 35 gm ground almond
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 50 gm melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees.
Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl, then use a tablespoon to shape the mixture and tap it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely, then dip part of the macaroon in the melted dark chocolate and drizzle some chocolate on top. Enjoy.
