Easy Vegan Peanut Ginger Dressing for Summer Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup peanut butter - crunchy or smooth, I use crunchy as I prefer the texture
- 1 1/2 Tbls rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbls grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbls Tamari
- 1 Tbls pure maple syrup
- 1/2 Lime - squeezed
- 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger - finely grated
- 1 small clove garlic - minced
Preparation
Place dressing ingredients into a bowl and gently whisk until combined!
If you find it too thick just add a little water!
