Garbanzo Alkaline Flatbread with Mashed Avocado
Ingredients
- Whole wheat spelt flour
- Garbanzo flour
- Grapeseed oil
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Dried dill
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Ginger powder
- Kala namak
- Pink himalayan sea salt
- Spring water
Preparation
Didn’t take exact measurements but it was about 1 cup of spelt flour, 1/2 cup of garbanzo flour and 1/2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
You can experiment with the measurements of the rest of the herbs
Add everything to a mixing bowl and stir until you form a dough
Kneed it and roll it out into a circle
Cut out your desired form and cook it in a heated skillet without oil for about 3-4 minutes on medium-low on each side
