Pizza Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup grated vegan mozzarella (@sheese_australia)
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
Pour into muffins trays
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through
Store in the fridge for up to a week
Can be frozen too
Can use fresh herbs instead if you have them
