Tasty Vegan Pizza Muffins for Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Grated Vegan Mozzarella (@sheese_australia)
- 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Chives
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Pour into muffin trays.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Store in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen too.
Can use fresh herbs instead if you have them.
