Super Simple Raw Vegan Chocolate Spread
Ingredients
- 100 g pitted soft dates
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tsp room temp coconut oil
- 1.5 dl water
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of sea salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for a few minutes until completely smooth.
Pour into a jar and enjoy.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Usage tips
Eat it straight from the blender or spread on salted seed crackers with sliced fresh strawberries, crushed pecan nuts, cacao nibs, grapefruit zest, and edible violets.
Use it on pancakes, toast, cakes, or as a dip.
