Ingredients

  • Nori sheets
  • Carrot
  • English cucumber

Preparation

  1. Cut the nori sheets in half to create smaller pieces.

  2. Slice the carrot and cucumber into thin strips for filling.

  3. Place a half sheet of nori on a flat surface or bamboo mat.

  4. Add the sliced vegetables in the center of the nori sheet.

  5. Roll the nori tightly around the vegetables to form a roll.

  6. Cut the roll into 12 bite-sized pieces.
