Tiny Kid-Friendly Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Carrot
- English cucumber
Preparation
Cut the nori sheets in half to create smaller pieces.
Slice the carrot and cucumber into thin strips for filling.
Place a half sheet of nori on a flat surface or bamboo mat.
Add the sliced vegetables in the center of the nori sheet.
Roll the nori tightly around the vegetables to form a roll.
Cut the roll into 12 bite-sized pieces.
