Vegan Egg Fried Rice and Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack Waitrose vegan egg fried rice
  • black salt
  • vivera chicken tenders
  • stir fry vegetables
  • soy sauce

Amai sauce

  • light soy sauce
  • dark soy sauce
  • ketchup
  • tamarind paste
  • sugar
  • malt vinegar
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Cook 1/2 pack of Waitrose vegan egg fried rice according to package instructions and add black salt.

  2. Prepare amai sauce by combining light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ketchup, tamarind paste, sugar, malt vinegar, and salt.

  3. Cook vivera chicken tenders and dip them in the amai sauce during the cooking process.

  4. Stir fry vegetables with soy sauce.

  5. Combine all elements and serve together.
