  • CBD oil
  • adaptogens (rhodiola
  • medicinal mushrooms)
  • cold camomile tea and magnesium (I like MAG365. ✨ Liver Support AKA signs of high oestrogen
  • a few days of junky food and alcohol
  • signs of congested detox pathways: 1/2 a lemon
  • double the amount of filtered water
  • a high quality greens powder
  • a scoop of collagen
  • a tincture such as milk thistle or dandelion ✨ Whilst I definitely don’t recommend sipping on ALL of these together in one flask (unless you LOVE the taste of pond water) creating a daily tonic that you can chuck back as soon as you wake up is a great way to support your body first thing
  • when your cells are THIRSTY and your body’s systems need some TLC
