Alkaline Gravy with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 6 large mushrooms
- 2 oyster mushrooms
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 cup spring water
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1/4 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms
Add the sundried tomatoes to the mixture
Heat up the grapeseed oil in a pan and put in the mushrooms and red onion.
Add all the spices.
Cook until brown.
Add 2 tbsp chickpea flour and the spring water.
Mix everything around with a mixing spatula.
When it starts boiling take it off the heat and serve.
