Alkaline Gravy with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 2 oyster mushrooms
  • 4 sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 cup spring water
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms

  2. Add the sundried tomatoes to the mixture

  3. Heat up the grapeseed oil in a pan and put in the mushrooms and red onion.

  4. Add all the spices.

  5. Cook until brown.

  6. Add 2 tbsp chickpea flour and the spring water.

  7. Mix everything around with a mixing spatula.

  8. When it starts boiling take it off the heat and serve.
