Berry Cheesecake Smoothie with Almond Milk Blend

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp flax seed or chia meal (optional)
  • 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts
  • 3 tsp pure rice malt or maple syrup or stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Start with the plant-based milk and add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve with a side of fresh berries to balance the richness, if desired.
