Cashew/tahini/lemon/dill Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water, to start
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. All blended until smooth, adding more water until you reach desired thickness

  2. I like it to be a bit thinner for these pitas
