Cashew/tahini/lemon/dill Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water, to start
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
Preparation
All blended until smooth, adding more water until you reach desired thickness
I like it to be a bit thinner for these pitas
