Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of chia seeds
- 5 cups of coconut milk
- 5 tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener and a pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
Let 4 tbsp of chia seeds sit overnight with ~ 1
Cups of coconut milk (you can add 1 cup and slowly add more liquid after it has soaked up the seeds for an hour or so)
I also added a 1
Tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener and a pinch of Himalayan salt
The next day, blend until fully creamy
Top with allll the toppings
