Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 5 cups of coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener and a pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Let 4 tbsp of chia seeds sit overnight with ~ 1

  2. Cups of coconut milk (you can add 1 cup and slowly add more liquid after it has soaked up the seeds for an hour or so)

  3. I also added a 1

  4. Tbsp of @lakanto maple sweetener and a pinch of Himalayan salt

  5. The next day, blend until fully creamy

  6. Top with allll the toppings
