Chia Pudding


  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of blueberries


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl excluding blueberries, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours )

  2. Remove chia pudding from fridge and stir out any clumps

  3. Add in blueberries

  4. Place chia pudding in dish of choice

  5. Garnishwith fresh mint and enjoy???? #threebunnies
