Chocolate Protein Slice
Ingredients
- 90g peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. (20g) cacao powder
- 45g natural vanilla protein powder
- 35g dry rolled oats
- 28g coconut syrup
- 30ml filtered water
Preparation
Combine the oats, cacao powder and protein powder in a mixing bowl
Separately combine the peanut butter, syrup and water
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well
Transfer the mix into a shallow tray and press firmly
Refrigerate for 1 hour to set
Cut the protein slice into 5 slices and serve
