Easy No-Bake Chocolate Protein Slice

Ingredients

  • 90g peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. (20g) cacao powder
  • 45g natural vanilla protein powder
  • 35g dry rolled oats
  • 28g coconut syrup
  • 30ml filtered water

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, cacao powder and protein powder in a mixing bowl

  2. Separately combine the peanut butter, syrup and water

  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well

  4. Transfer the mix into a shallow tray and press firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set

  5. Cut the protein slice into 5 slices and serve
