Citrus Baked Sea Bass with Tofu Option

Ingredients

  • Sea bass
  • Ginger
  • Spring onions
  • Orange
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Soy sauce
  • Jasmine rice
  • Kale
  • Green beans
  • Tofu (for veggie option)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to appropriate baking temperature

  2. Prepare sea bass or slice tofu into 1cm blocks

  3. Arrange ginger, spring onions, orange, lemon, lime, and soy sauce with the sea bass or tofu in a parcel

  4. Bake in the parcel for under 20 minutes until cooked

  5. Meanwhile, cook jasmine rice according to package instructions

  6. Sauté kale and green beans with garlic until tender

  7. Serve the baked sea bass or tofu with rice and vegetables
