Citrus Twister Low-FODMAP Winter Juice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Grapefruit (FODMAP-friendly serving)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Orange
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger (amounts to desired taste)
  • dash of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut up the fruit and vegetables.

  2. Put harder vegetables through the juicer, including ginger and turmeric.

  3. Finish with citrus fruit by juicing.

  4. Simply blend the mixture; you can add ice in summer if desired, but it is not recommended in winter.
