Citrus Twister

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Grapefruit (FODMAP-friendly serving)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Orange
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger (amounts to desired taste)
  • dash of black pepper (works to activate turmeric’s healing powers)

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut up fruit and vegetables

  2. Put harder vegetables through juicer (inclusive of ginger and turmeric)

  3. Finish with citrus fruit

  4.
