Coco-Monkey Post-Workout Smoothie with Collagen
Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pure almond milk
- 1 green-tipped banana (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- Pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of vanilla powder or scraped vanilla bean pod (optional)
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Garnish with cacao nibs and optionally walnuts for added decadence.
Serve in a pre-frozen mason jar to keep it chilled.
Note: This is a modified version where almond meal is omitted to balance daily intake and the protein powder provides thickness.
