Coconut Ice Cream Bark of Course
Ingredients
- So I whipped some coconut cream with a pinch of stevia
- added a few well rounded spoonfuls of raw cocoa powder
- and a hearty dash of pure vanilla extract
- spread the result on a parchment lined baking pan
- and sprinkled some toasted coconut and raw cocoa nibs on top. Then I popped it in the freezer
- went to bed and woke up to coconut ice cream bark
