Four-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 ml gluten free oats (or regular oats)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Put oven on 200C/390F

  2. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl

  3. Add oats and peanut butter and stir into a batter

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper

  5. Divide the batter in 4 on your tray and shape into round cookies, approximately 1.5 cm thick

  6. Bake until golden brown in the middle of the oven, approximately 25 minutes

  7. Let cool for a few minutes and then drizzle the melted chocolate on top

  1. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh
