Four-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml gluten free oats (or regular oats)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Put oven on 200C/390F
Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl
Add oats and peanut butter and stir into a batter
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Divide the batter in 4 on your tray and shape into round cookies, approximately 1.5 cm thick
Bake until golden brown in the middle of the oven, approximately 25 minutes
Let cool for a few minutes and then drizzle the melted chocolate on top
