French Flag Blast

Ingredients

  • blueberry layer
  • 1 cup of frozen blue berries and 1-cup fresh blueberries
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • coconut cream layer
  • 250ml of coconut cream
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • strawberry layer
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of raspberries (frozen)
  • juice of 1/2 a large orange

Preparation

  1. Blitz each smoothie mix until smooth

  2. Pour blueberry layer into glass then place in fridge whilst you prep the next layer. Repeat this process for each layer. Then top with lots of gorgeous fresh berries, cacao nibs and desiccated coconut

  3. You’ll need a straw and possibly a spoon for this one…
