French Toast Style

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp egg whites (@twochicksproducts)- could use milk instead
  • half scoop of protein powder - i used @myproteinuk vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, egg whites and protein together and soak the bread in it before frying in coconut oil

  2. Then, top with yoghurt, crunchy peanut butter, berries, pumpkin seeds and syrup
