Grain-Free Pumpkin Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 1 tablespoon pistachio meal
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- coconut sugar
- pinch of cinammon
- pinch of nutmeg
- Splash of vanilla
- Toppings pepitas, Coconut and dairy-free chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine milk and the nut meals ,stir and cook until thick whisk in the pumpkin purée, coconut sugar and the spices. Add your favourite sprinkles
You could even replace the nut meal with chia or flaxmeal but the resultant is a very gluey porridge because it instantly creates a chia egg or a flaxegg. It won't be bad though. And this is also #paleo friendly
