Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 16 ounces coffee (iced or hot)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • dash of ground nutmeg, for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, with 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice at first, and blend on high until well incorporated. Taste and add more pumpkin pie spice if desired, and pulse to combine. Serve in coffee cups. For an iced version, used chilled coffee and pour over a glass full of ice

  2. Note: if you’re blending hot coffee, be sure to keep the blender only half full or less to prevent a kitchen explosion
