Homemade Maple Granola
Ingredients
- In a saucepan (medium heat)
- combine 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla. Heat it just long enough for the coconut oil to melt and then take it off of the stove. In a large bowl
- combine 4 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- and 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Pour in the coconut oil/ syrup, mix it all up, and spread evenly onto large baking sheet and bake at 325 for 25-30 mins
Let it cool for at least 10 mins before breaking it up! I added a handful of goji berries and cacao nibs afterwards
