Homemade Maple Granola


  • In a saucepan (medium heat)
  • combine 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla. Heat it just long enough for the coconut oil to melt and then take it off of the stove. In a large bowl
  • combine 4 cups oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • and 1/3 cup shredded coconut


  1. Pour in the coconut oil/ syrup, mix it all up, and spread evenly onto large baking sheet and bake at 325 for 25-30 mins

  2. Let it cool for at least 10 mins before breaking it up! I added a handful of goji berries and cacao nibs afterwards
