Homemade Vegan French Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend the ingredients on high speed in a blender.
Cook the batter on medium-low heat to create the crepes.
Let each crepe cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Tips
No oil is needed when using non-stick ceramic pans.
Use the back side of a spoon or spatula to spread out the batter to a thin layer right when the batter is placed on the pan.
