Homemade Vegan French Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients on high speed in a blender.

  2. Cook the batter on medium-low heat to create the crepes.

  3. Let each crepe cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Tips

  1. No oil is needed when using non-stick ceramic pans.

  2. Use the back side of a spoon or spatula to spread out the batter to a thin layer right when the batter is placed on the pan.
