Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup zucchini (chopped) - don't peel
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • optional: smoked or regular paprika for red color

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor – blend until smooth and enjoy
