Hummus
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup zucchini (chopped) - don't peel
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- optional: smoked or regular paprika for red color
Preparation
Place all ingredients in food processor – blend until smooth and enjoy
