Mango Chia Pudding with Hemp and Macadamia
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk
- 1/8 cup of grade b maple syrup
- 1 mango diced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except mango into a small container. Stir well until all clumps are gone. Cover and place in fridge for 4 hours.
Once time is up remove and add to glassware of choice layering with diced mango. Top with goodies and enjoy.
