Mango Chia Pudding with Hemp and Macadamia

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup of grade b maple syrup
  • 1 mango diced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except mango into a small container. Stir well until all clumps are gone. Cover and place in fridge for 4 hours.

  2. Once time is up remove and add to glassware of choice layering with diced mango. Top with goodies and enjoy.
