Healthy Nutilight Brownies with Sugar-Free Option

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of Nutilight
  • 1/2 heaping cup all-purpose flour (Bob's red mill)
  • 2 large organic eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; spray pan with nonstick coconut cooking spray.

  2. Stir together the Nutilight, flour and eggs in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and spread the mixture to the edges.

  3. Bake until the surface looks set and slightly crisp, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and enjoy!
