Oat & Pineapple Smoothie Elixir Recipe

Ingredients

  • A cup of water
  • 7 grams of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of pineapple slices
  • A cup of instant oats
  • A cup of orange juice, fresh
  • 40 grams of crushed almonds
  • 40 grams of raw honey

Preparation

  1. Cook the oatmeal according to the package and leave it aside to cool down

  2. Then, in a blender, mix the orange juice, honey, almonds, and cinnamon

  3. Then, add the pineapple and pulse for 30 more seconds

  4. Now, add the oatmeal and blend once more until it’s all smooth and even

  5. Transfer it in a glass and drink it right away

  6. You can also keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days
