Overnightoats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup / 45 grams of oats
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup / 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- toppings: kiwifruit, strawberries, goji berries, shredded coconut & chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, except the toppings, in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight
Remove from fridge the next morning and finish with the toppings
