Festive Vegan Vanilla Overnight Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup / 45 grams of oats
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup / 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Kiwifruit
- Strawberries
- Goji berries
- Shredded coconut
- Chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.
Remove from fridge the next morning and add the toppings.
Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
