Festive Vegan Vanilla Overnight Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 45 grams of oats
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup / 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Kiwifruit
  • Strawberries
  • Goji berries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.

  2. Remove from fridge the next morning and add the toppings.

  3. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
