Overnightoats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 45 grams of oats
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup / 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • toppings: kiwifruit, strawberries, goji berries, shredded coconut & chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the toppings, in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight

  2. Remove from fridge the next morning and finish with the toppings
