Packed Oats Breakfast with Sea Moss and Mango

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • dash of seamoss gel
  • some chia and flaxseed meal
  • pumpkin seeds
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • little blackstrap molasses
  • Julie mango for garnish

Preparation

  1. Warm almond milk.

  2. Slowly stir in sea moss gel with flax and chia meal.

  3. Add a spoonful of molasses.

  4. Add oats.

  5. Let mixture sit for 3 minutes.

  6. Stir in pumpkin seeds.

  7. Add Julie mango for garnish and fruity goodness.
