Packed Oats Breakfast with Sea Moss and Mango
Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- dash of seamoss gel
- some chia and flaxseed meal
- pumpkin seeds
- unsweetened almond milk
- little blackstrap molasses
- Julie mango for garnish
Preparation
Warm almond milk.
Slowly stir in sea moss gel with flax and chia meal.
Add a spoonful of molasses.
Add oats.
Let mixture sit for 3 minutes.
Stir in pumpkin seeds.
Add Julie mango for garnish and fruity goodness.
