Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds(or sunflower seeds)
  • 3/4 tsp of pink salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs of onion powder
  • 3/4 cup of cashew milk
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • dash of nutmeg
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 3 spiralized zucchinis

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients excluding peas and zoodles into a blender or food processor

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Place zoodles into bowl of choice and combine with peas and sauce

  4. Stir until all components are well combined and garnish with nutritional yeast flakes
