Peanut Butter & Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 65g oat flour
  • 40g choc & nut vegan protein
  • 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp milled flaxseeds
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 140ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Mix all the ingredients except the peanut butter and chocolate together

  3. Pour 3/4 of the batter into an ovenproof ramekin and place the peanut butter in the centre

  4. Cover with the remaining batter and place the chocolate on top

  5. Bake for 15 mins
