Pine Nut Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 cup pears
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Crushed black pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop spinach with fingers if desired to cut up leaves.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Enjoy the salad.

  4. Note: Pine nuts contain fatty acids that suppress appetite and are high in magnesium, fiber, protein, vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and potassium.

  5. Note: Spinach is high in fiber, vitamin K, vitamin A, and iron, which helps fight fatigue.
