Pine Nut Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 cup pears
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Crushed black pepper
Preparation
Chop spinach with fingers if desired to cut up leaves.
Mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy the salad.
