Pineapple Banana Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 lemon, peeled or not
- 1 inch piece ginger root
- 1/2 cup coconut water or water
- 5-10 cashews
- Pinch of turmeric
Preparation
Prepare ingredients as preferred, such as peeling the lemon if desired
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
