Pineapple Banana Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled or not
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 5-10 cashews
  • Pinch of turmeric

Preparation

  1. Prepare ingredients as preferred, such as peeling the lemon if desired

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
