Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple (always chose organic)
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled or not (depend on preference – if not, go organic)
  • 1 inch piece ginger root (or more if you prefer spicy)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (chose raw) or water
  • 5-10 cashews
  • Pinch of tumeric
