Raw Kale Zucchini Pasta


  • 1 zucchini (spiraled or grated)
  • 1 bunch of Basil
  • 2-3 cloves of Garlic
  • ½ large avocado
  • 1/4th cup of Almond Halves
  • 1/4th cup of Walnuts (soaked for at least 2 hours)
  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • 1/4th cup of Hemp seeds
  • Celtic Salt to taste
  • 1/4th cup of Lemon Juice


  1. Make zucchini pasta (either spiraled or grated)

  2. Combine in blender: few basil leaves, garlic, avocado, walnuts (pre-soaked and drained), kale, salt and lemon juice

  3. Pour on top of zucchini – mix well and sprinkle hemp seeds, almond halves and few basil leaves on top
