Raw Vegan Creamy Pasta


  • 1 zucchini (peeled or unpeeled - more vitamins when you don't peel it)
  • 1/4th cup of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Few leaves of fresh basil
  • Cracked black peppercorn (to taste)
  • Few snap peas (optional for decoration - you can also added a few shredded mushroom slices)


  1. Rinse kelp noodles and let sit in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes

  2. Drain and place in bowl

  3. Blend zucchini, lemon juice, garlic, and basil until smooth

  4. Mix into kelp noodles and place fresh cracked peppercorn on top with some snap peas or mushrooms for added texture and enjoy
