Roasted Harissa Cauliflower


  • 1 medium cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 230g yoghurt, we used coconut
  • between 1/2 to 1 tbsp rose harissa paste (we used 1 tbsp)
  • juice 1/2 lime
  • salt and pepper


  1. Put all the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix it together, until creamy

  2. Add the cauliflower florets and cover them

  3. Spread out evenly over the baking tray

  4. Place in the top of the oven and bake for 30 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and eat
