Simple One Pan Baked Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 lb golden potatoes
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp garlic
- sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp melted ghee
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- sprinkle of salt
- green beans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut golden potatoes into small pieces and coat with 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp garlic, and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt. Add to a greased baking sheet.
Prepare the chicken breasts and place them on the pan surrounded by potatoes.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp melted ghee, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp thyme, and a sprinkle of salt. Brush this mixture onto the chicken.
Bake the potatoes and chicken in the oven for 15 minutes.
Wash and prepare the green beans.
Coat the green beans with 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tsp garlic.
After 15 minutes, rearrange the pan to add the green beans and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the food. Enjoy.
Tips
Use a large pan to prevent food from falling off.
Potatoes and chicken require similar baking times, so add green beans later for even cooking.
